At the School of Arts and Culture we are committed to providing quality arts education to students and families. With your support, and the support of a caring community, the School of Arts and Culture can continue to fulfill its mission to offer exceptional arts and cultural programs, and turn no child away for lack of resources. The School of Arts and Culture is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Gifts to the School of Arts and Culture at MHP are tax-deductible as specified in the current tax laws. These are examples of how your contribution makes an impact:
- $100 provides a scholarship to a child attending afterschool session (Winter, Spring, Fall)
- $250 sponsors one child for a full two week Summer day camp
- $500 donation launches individuals into Xochitl Donor Circle
- $1,000 sponsors the culminating performance of a summer or afterschool session
- $2,500 sponsors a full summer day camp course taught by a professional teaching artist
- $5,000 provides 20 scholarships for children who want to learn to sing, dance, draw or drum

Individual donors can make an impact directly to students through scholarships and to the development of the School’s programs by joining the Xochitl Donor Circle. Corporate and foundation grants provide funding to help sustain existing programs and launch new projects. Generous support from grantors has made it possible for the School of Arts and Culture to fund development and delivery of our afterschool and summer day camp programs, provide scholarships to families in need, support teaching artist development and much more.
Corporate sponsorship of the School of Arts and Culture Community Engagement events provide you or your company with an opportunity to be visible in the community. Events sponsored by the School of Arts and Culture at MHP are collaborations with other non-profit and cultural partners. Attendance at these events ranges from 350 – 1,000 people and are ideal opportunities for sponsorship partners visibility.
