The School of Arts and Culture at the Mexican Heritage Plaza is a beautiful and serene oasis located in the heart of San Jose. It is a place of education, culture, and community that celebrates the rich diversity of Silicon Valley. Your special event can help us to manifest our vision – to create a vibrant place of learning, culture, and community that nourishes the soul and brings joy, skill-building, and a sense of belonging to all who come to the Mexican Heritage Plaza.

Since the School assumed operations of the Plaza in July 2011, thousands of community members have rediscovered that the Mexican Heritage Plaza is the ideal location to have a wedding, an intimate meeting, a conference, a family celebration, and any other type of event.

We offer 14 beautiful spaces, including: 

  1. A Pavilion with retractable glass walls

  2. An expansive Plaza

  3. Lush Gardens

  4. A world-class Theater

  5. And more intimate spaces – A theater lobby and courtyard, a gallery, a conference room, five classrooms, and a dance studio
